The first step for entering an order off-site is to print the appropriate order entry form or forms (one for stocked items and another for custom items). Use the above order entry form link to accomplish that. Once you have our order entry form, or forms, completed, proceed using one of the below ordering methods.

We will accept phone orders for all items we offer through this site. When you call, please have a copy of the appropriate completed order entry form available. Ordering By Fax: (credit card only)

You may also order any of our items by fax. Using the appropriate order entry form, please provide all of the requested information including: product numbers, descriptions and shipping name with complete address. DO NOT FAX YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION - THIS IS NOT WISE - instead, call us after faxing your order, and we will verbally take your credit card information. Our FAX number is: (630) 587-3077. Ordering By Mail: (check or credit card)

You may order any of our items through the mail. Using the appropriate order entry form, please provide all of the requested information including: product numbers, descriptions, shipping name with complete address and your credit card information.
